Service Description

This Program is perfect for anyone looking to tryout volleyball! Sunday Practice League is a 4 week program that participants will sign up for the entirety. This league will introduce basic skills to players and help them understand what it means to play on a volleyball team. They will learn: passing, setting, hitting and serving! We will focus on game based skills in this league. The March Schedule is as follows: Sundays: 8am - 9:30am March 3rd - Basics of Passing, Passing Over the Net March 10th - Basics of Setting, Setting Over the Net March 17th - Basics of Hitting, and Basics of Serving March 24th - Scrimmage: Put all these skills into Game Play If you sign up for this tester session and enjoy it you will get 10% off our other programs!
